Pricing is quote-based, and FlowLogic says go-live typically takes a few weeks through one of three onboarding packages.

Care Watch reviews notes and records to flag possible unreported incidents and paperwork gaps. It helps you find compliance issues before an audit does, against the standards in the NDIS Practice Standards.

AI Case Notes turns quick worker input into clear, structured progress notes. Notes get more consistent, and workers spend less time writing after shifts.

AI Timesheet Analyser checks timesheets for anomalies before payroll runs. It catches errors that would otherwise surface as pay disputes or claiming problems.

These three tools are only the start. Supportly has already announced AI Co-pilot for care management and AI Rostering, which will build on the same connected data.

FlowLogic's product pages, as of October 2026, describe rule-based automation and workflows but list no AI features. Rules are useful, but they only catch what someone thought to write a rule for.

FlowLogic's "10 Best NDIS Software 2026" article reviews Supportly (formerly Vertex360). Some of its claims don't reflect the product today.

"No ISO 27001." [Insert Supportly's confirmed ISO 27001 status and certification date. If not certified, state the security controls in place.]

"PRODA: Partial." [Insert confirmed PRODA and PACE integration status.] Supportly already automates NDIS support codes and keeps the NDIS price catalogue up to date.

"Limited analytics." Supportly includes a dedicated Dashboard and Reporting module across care, rostering, HR, incidents and invoicing, all drawing from one data set.

"Governance less deep." Supportly includes Incident Management, HR Management and Care Watch AI for compliance. Platinum adds an internal audit report and NDIS lawyer advice.
