We assume Supportly saves an average of — minutes per active participant per week (case notes, service agreements, claim prep) and — minutes per staff member per week (rostering, timesheets, shift confirmations). These are placeholder planning assumptions — replace them with figures Supportly can stand behind before publishing.

Hours saved per week × 4.345 (average weeks per month) × your admin hourly rate = the value of time saved per month. We then subtract the estimated Supportly plan cost — and your current software spend, if you told us what it is — to show a net monthly benefit.
